1. What this service is

BensTrack is an educational data-visualisation tool. It lets you record and organise an investment portfolio, look at public market data, and run valuation arithmetic on assumptions that you supply.

2. What this service is not

BensTrack cannot place orders, transfer money, or connect to a brokerage account. It has no trading capability of any kind. Nothing you do inside this application has any effect on a real financial account. Selling a position here only edits a row in your own records.

It is also not a financial adviser. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy of data

Market data comes from the third-party providers listed in our privacy policy. Prices may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Fundamentals may be restated. Exchange rates are end-of-day approximations. We make no warranty that any figure shown is correct, current or complete, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of them.

Every valuation output is arithmetic performed on your assumptions. The model has no knowledge of any company's real prospects. Garbage in, garbage out applies with full force.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Provide accurate registration details. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, resell its data, or take any action that degrades it for other users. Automated access outside normal browser use is not permitted; we rate-limit and may block abusive clients.

5. Your content

The portfolio data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you. We do not publish it, sell it or share it.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. Keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes
